Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Return Window 

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date your item was delivered.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    •    Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    •    In original condition in which you received it

    •    Have all tags still attached

  

Please note:

    •    Shipping and handling fees from original purchase order are non-refundable

    •    You are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs

 

 

Exchange

Currently, we do not process direct exchanges. The simplest option is to return your item and place a new order for what you need.

 

 

Final Sale Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

•     Clearance items

•     Promotional items

•     Personalized or custom-made items 

•     Gift Cards

These will typically be marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

 

How to Initiate a Return

 To begin the return process, please email us at thelivinggodco@gmail.com with:

1.     Your order number

2.     The item(s) you wish to return

3.     A brief reason for the return (i.e. “Don’t like” or “Bought by mistake”)

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering shipping insurance for items valued over $50, as we are not liable for lost or unreceived returns.

 

 

Refund Processing Time

Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return to inspect the item(s) and process your refund, if applicable. We value accuracy, quality, and transparency, and want to ensure every return is handled with care. If a refund is approved, the amount paid, excluding shipping and handling, will be returned to your original payment method.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right, quickly and fairly.
